End to End marketing lifecycle support from request to deployment on Adobe Experience Manager

“Stryker replaced their preexisting “SMACC” marketing asset request system with Workfront. Wipro inherited this MVP solution from the original consulting vendor and we updated, optimized, and refreshed this original solution as it had become outdated and required many fixes and changes.            

Wipro re-envisioned Stryker’s marketing request intake system, implementing a portfolio-centric model around each business unit using the system. This optimization of Stryker’s original MVP implementation provided consistency of interface and greatly enhanced reporting using custom metadata focused on each business unit’s unique needs. Additionally, we overhauled and optimized the Workfront Fusion scenarios in play to further streamline and enable the complex workflows Stryker needs in order to properly manage their rising project load.            

Current expansion of the solution introduces a “Native Design File Library” implementation to manage the creative design file storage for each asset pushed to Adobe Experience Manager , and a “Long Term Archive” to manage proof approval timestamped metadata for each deployed marketing asset in order to meet government compliance requirements. As of June 2024 Wipro has deployed our optimized MRM 3.0 solution to 16 business units at Stryker. By January 2025 that number will rise to 19 business units.”
