Manage Margins WITHIN Workfront by Portfolio, Program, and Project

AtAppStore’s AFA (Approved, Forecast and Actuals) Burn List solution tracks Rates, Hours and Hour Costs at the Project level and rolls them up the Program, Portfolio, and Total level, in any currency, in real-time, right within Workfront. Business owners can filter for the projects of interest, set the desired level of hierarchical detail and choose a +/- Delta Cutoff to then visually highlight opportunities (green) and problems (red). By then identifying those levels of most interest (e.g. a Program that heading towards being over budget), they can drill down to see which Projects in particular need further attention. The AFA Burn List leverages native Workfront functionality, includes up to 8 hours to install, configure, and train, and is eligible for a paid trial so users can confirm its value against their own data. The AFA Burn List is designed to work in collaboration with the AFA Burn Report (licensed separately), which provides a similar functionality within projects, at the department, role, and user level.
