Our solution not only offers the possibility to correct the already created PDF file, but also the necessary tools to create new PDF files directly in an accessible format.
1. Target clients are installed based AEM Forms clients that use a lot of PDF Forms and Documents.
2. The European Accessibility Act (EAA) stipulates that all digital online content must be accessible from 2025. This policy also applies to documents, not just websites. Converting PDF documents into accessible PDFs is a time-consuming process that potentially requires a lot of manual effort.
3. We have created an AI-driven end-to-end solution that automates the process to identify and convert non-accessible PDF documents into accessible and compliant PDF documents.
4. For this solution, we exclusively use adobe solutions that are already part of Adobe Experience Manager Forms, no additional software purchasing and legal / compliance checks are necessary
