Deloitte Digital Dual Zone provides customers with an improved dataset ingested into Adobe Experience Platform that helps enable stronger customer profiles, unified datasets, and the ability to target based on a complete view of the customer. The next generation architecture is powered by Deloitte and Adobe. Zone 1 is comprised of Deloitte’s data hygiene processors, Deloitte identity resolution (IDR), and Deloitte data enrichment services. Zone 2 leverages the power and capabilities of Adobe Experience Platform and application services for activation.

Key Benefits of Deloitte’s Dual Zone approach:

Zone 1 acts as a data management layer where data is “pre-processed” via a Deloitte Digital solution to unify, standardize, cleanse, and connect (identity resolution) customer data from many online and offline sources. Profiles are scored and calculated attributes are computed.

Zone 2 serves as the activation layer where the pre-processed data is fed into a strong execution-focused CDP where a unified profile is created for each customer and then activated in real-time based on business-defined segments or ML automated decisioning.
