The solution provides a foundation for prospective customer engagement using Adobe Experience Platform’s Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics with Google Analytics 4 and any out of the box CRM connector. This is targeted to existing Adobe footprint accounts not using Adobe Analytics and would benefit from the integrated, multichannel customer engagement aspects of AEP. Alternatively, this is also targeted to greenfield accounts initially interested in AEP but not ready to yet migrate away from Google Analytics as their primary web analytics. This solution is unique in its focus of showing a faster path to value of AEP’s integrated capabilities while starting with a customer’s existing non-Adobe platforms.
